Platform Guidelines
For Students
- Ensure a stable internet connection for online lessons.
- Respect schedules and provide at least 4h notice for changes.
- Give honest feedback to help us improve the platform.
- Follow academic integrity policies during all lessons.
For Instructors
- Display valid and up-to-date certifications and qualifications.
- Deliver high-quality and personalized instruction.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries and booking requests.
- Uphold professionalism and follow ethical teaching standards.

Student Policies
Free Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the lesson are free (1 per booking).
Partial Refund
Cancel up to 4 hours before the lesson and get a 50% refund.
No Refund
No-shows within 4h of the lesson or arriving more than 15min late are non-refundable.
Lesson Definition
The entire booking period is considered one lesson (e.g., 10:00–14:00 = 1 lesson).
Instructor No-Show
If the instructor misses the lesson, students receive a full refund.
Instructor Policies
Payment Release
Earnings are released securely via Stripe 24 hours after lesson completion.
Lesson Changes
Changes are allowed with at least 4h notice, but frequent edits are monitored.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations less than 4h before start are considered a no-show.
1st No-Show
Student receives a full refund and the instructor receives a warning.
2nd No-Show
A second no-show may result in platform suspension. Appeals are possible.
Instructor Booking Process
Set Availability
Choose teaching days, time slots, and lesson lengths using your dashboard.
Receive Requests
Students book based on your availability. Notifications are sent by email and dashboard.
Conduct Lessons
Prepare your material and teach via Google Meet using our automatic link.
Get Paid
After completion, funds are transferred to your account by Stripe (usually in 24h).
